Equifax Touchstone Limited Latest Updates

New Touchstone maps facility that is fully integrated with the system and customisable


Touchstone has recently launched Version 2 of Touchstone for Salesforce.com. The recent update means that Salesforce.com users can now:

  • Enjoy easy access to the Touchstone size and share information for each account, enabling relevant and timely conversations with customers
  • Automatically link records between the different databases, allowing you to get up and running quickly
  • Use embedded visual force tables and charts for rapid deployment and intuitive access to key information
  • Easily add currently unknown accounts and contacts from Touchstone to Salesforce.com, ensuring your sales and marketing reach is as effective as possible
  • Import sales data from Touchstone into Salesforce.com, enabling you to use the data to create reports and dashboards
