Where the FCA is getting it wrong on enforcement

 

Those unfortunate enough to have engaged with the FCA's enforcement team can be left frustrated by the process, not just the outcome. The government are reviewing the FCA's enforcement process and are asking firms to contribute to the debate. Alan Hughes looks at the issues with the current process and what the key outcomes of this review should be.
