FCA consultations, are they worth your time and effort?

From 31st August 2018 to the 1st Sept 2019 the FCA carried out 39 consultations.

During this time there were 93,000 active, registered firms, 35,000 organisations with a single registered individual and 57,000 directly authorised firms on the FCA register.  Despite this, from July to October 2019 there were just 228 responses - an average of 45.6 per consultation.

So, are FCA consultation papers worth the effort? What’s your view?

Our survey consists of just 11 questions, will take on average 3 minutes to complete.

We would greatly appreciate your views that we can then share results with the FCA (anonymously) and work to improve processes going forward.
