Lower Emissions Allowance Schemes

In the interest of keeping our roads clean, Audi, BMW and MINI have each introduced Lower Emissions Allowance schemes. What does this mean? Well, if you have an old diesel car and want to upgrade it to a newer, cleaner car, you could receive an additional monetary contribution for doing so!
