Royal London: Relationships used to matter. Nowadays we think they still should.

Strong relationships are built around good communication. So when advisers gave us feedback on our underwriting last year, we listened.

That's why we took a fresh look and made improvements for the most commonly disclosed conditions such as mental health disorders and family history of cancer.

We also updated our BMI tables and published these on our website. All of which enables us to offer more instant decisions for more of your clients.
