Hodge Lifetime, the latest provider to join Panacea Adviser community

Panacea Adviser is delighted to announce Hodge Lifetime has joined its growing list of partners.

This new tie-up will provide the Panacea community with a range of tools to support retirement planning and equity release.

Derek Bradley, CEO of Panacea Adviser, said: “We are constantly reviewing and developing our selection of services to help support our growing community across all areas of advice. As a well-established player in Lending in Retirement space, we are confident that Hodge Lifetime innovative offerings will be popular with our users and are pleased to welcome them on board.”

Hodge Lifetime has been a specialist in the retirement market for the last 50 years, providing advisers with retirement solutions for their customers.

Having introduced the first equity release plan in 1965, the company has gained a reputation for innovative lending solutions for customers. The most recent addition to the product suite has been the Retirement Mortgage, an interest only lifetime mortgage offering a flexible alternative to traditional roll up equity release. This has become particularly relevant as customers are having to look to sources of borrowing other than the main residential mortgage lenders if their new mortgage term potentially goes into their retirement.

Jon Tweed, Sales Director of Hodge Lifetime said, “As all of our products are distributed solely via financial advisers we are delighted to be joining the Panacea Community, allowing us a platform to help support advisers with the right tools and information when considering solutions for their customers approaching or in retirement.”
