Platform availability and trading restrictions
As you know, we’re upgrading the Aviva Platform to give you and your clients the best experience possible. The upgrade will take place on the 22 January 2018.
Ahead of this, there are some important dates you need to know about:
1. The platform will be unavailable from 6pm on Wednesday 17 January until Monday 22 January.
2. In the lead up to this date, additional trading restrictions apply. We’ll send reminders, but please plan ahead using our trading restrictions guide.
Writing to your clients
We’ll be writing to your clients from the 4 December to make them aware of the changes and downtime. Please visit our communications page to find out more. If you want to contact your clients in advance of this mailing, we have developed templates to help you.
Changes to Model Portfolios
As a result of the upgrade, we have also made changes to our Model Portfolios. Please make sure you download and familiarise yourself with the improvements.
